Our LS/LT Bronze Bushing Trunnion Upgrade Kit is designed to fit all OEM LS Rocker Arms. This Replacement Trunnion Kit for LS and LT Engines features micro-polished hardened shafts with C932 bearing bronze bushings, ensuring no small parts come loose and damage your engine. The bushing design provides superior lubrication to the trunnion while also delivering maximum load capability, making it less prone to failure and spreading the loads over a wider area.

The LS CHEVROLET BUSHING TRUNNION KITS from Michigan Motorsports are engineered to prevent premature failures caused by the weak OE or replacement needle bearings, eliminating the possibility of debris from a bearing failure that can cause severe engine damage. Our special C932 bushing material is bathed in oil via grooves at 2 different locations on the trunnion, constantly feeding oil to the bushing surface and ensuring proper lubrication. The greater surface of our bushed trunnion will support 300 times more load than a needle bearing trunnion, and it receives more lubrication and has less load applied to it than the bushing in the small end of a connecting rod, giving it a long service life.

All of our Rocker Arms with trunnion upgrades are professionally installed right here in-house. The Michigan Motorsports LS3 Rocker Arms with Bronze Trunion Bushing Bearings Professionally Installed feature an offset fulcrum for use on LS3, L99, L76, L92, LS9, and LSA "Rec Port" cylinder heads. They include new trunion bearings professionally installed, as well as new bolts for installation.

Whether you have a stock LS motor or a highly modified one, replacing your rockers with a true roller bearing setup is highly recommended, as the stock bearings have a tendency to fail. These rocker arms are a must-have for any aggressive heads and cam combo, and are the same rockers we utilize on our 1,000 hp Turbo Motor.
